Global Collaboration Partners believes that mergers and acquisitions provide key advantages for our partners and clients.

There are tremendous changes in the marketplace, and mergers and acquisitions will be an increasingly valuable and necessary strategy in several industries, including
e-learning. We look for businesses which have high
value-added products that are
niche-oriented market leaders. We are usually cash buyers (but will entertain other financial arrangements). We expect to do a thorough due diligence review, sign a fair contract and close within 60 days of signing a letter of intent providing a period of exclusivity within which to complete the transaction.
In our experience, three core issues determine success. They are:
- Choosing the acquisition targets that best support GCP's strategic goals
- Assessing the equity of acquired brands and determining the optimal strategy for integrating them into our existing portfolio
- Our judgment on the skill, energy, ethics and compatibility of the top executives at each acquisition candidate — one of the most critical factors in our decision making
