Micheal Balanoff, CET, Senior Partner

Prior to founding GCP, Micheal was vice president of TrainingOnline, the e-learning division of Business and Legal Reports (BLR). In this position, he oversaw the product development, sales, and client satisfaction teams. Micheal has firsthand knowledge of regulatory requirements, a practical understanding of EPA, OSHA, DOT, NRC, and EU environmental, safety and health regulations. Professionally, he has over twenty years experience as an environmental safety officer, trainer and certified industrial hygienist affiliated with the University of Wyoming and independent environmental consulting firms. Micheal completed the industrial hygiene program at Harvard University's School of Public Health and executive training at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. He holds a B.A. in international relations from the University of LaVerne at LaVerne, CA and studied Chinese Culture at Jinan University, in Guangzhou, China.

Gregory Younger, MA, Senior Partner

Prior to founding GCP, Greg was Manager of Product Development for TrainingOnline, the e-learning division of Business and Legal Reports (BLR). In that role, Greg envisioned the instructional design framework that led directly to GCP's highly innovative content and delivery technologies and content development protocols. Greg oversaw the company's transition to offshore production and guided his US-based media teams' professional development as they evolved to serve as project managers for a highly successful global production engine. Greg has over twenty years of experience producing instructional materials for both face-to-face and online delivery and has given more than thirty professional presentations in the U.S. and abroad on the use of Internet technology for distance learning and cross-cultural communications. Greg holds an MA in linguistics and a BFA in photography, and has extensive professional experience in cross-cultural and multi-lingual settings.
